Here we are, halfway through the year already! We’re in the midst of one of the hottest summers, so we always like to remind our current and past members that we have 5 dedicated workout rooms with 5 fully functional AC systems at the gym if you’re trying to beat the summer heat. Check out our monthly specials and we accept all qualifying insurance plans that come with the gym benefit.

 

With the slower time of year we have reduced some of our scheduled classes and some of our instructors have taken some well deserved time off. We will resume some of those classes in the fall, we appreciate your understanding and consideration for both the staffing of those classes and our current attendance.

 

Just an early reminder with our upcoming hurricane season, power outages will occur during the summer months and especially during hurricanes. We do our best to communicate any issues of this nature as best we can as information comes in, but unfortunately power issues are outside our control. Rest assured we pay our electricity bill on time every month. It’s difficult to anticipate when power will be restored, as we experienced last year with a blown transformer that took several days to repair. The only time our doors will close is if we expect a hurricane to directly affect our area which will likely cause power outages, at which point we must close our doors and we provide as much notice as possible when this will occur. This is for the safety of all our members as well as our equipment, thresholds and staff.
