It’s unbelievable how quickly this year and this summer has passed us by, we do hope you had a wonderful time whatever you chose to do. Kids are now back in school or off to college, so you may be finding your schedule has some time that has opened up and we would encourage you to stop into the gym and build that into your daily routine. A great way to hold yourself accountable is to workout with a friend! We’re always open, 24 hours a day – so whenever you want to workout we are available to you.

We always like to offer this reminder, that the only time NSAC closes is for state mandated closures or if a hurriance is on a path towards our county and power outages are being predicted. September/October seem to be the months when this most readily occurs: stay tuned to our Facebook page and check your emails for any announcements regarding potential closures. We always do our best to get this information out to our members as soon as possible and to disrupt our opening times as much as possible, but we do appreciate your understanding that take these measures to protect the facility and our staff.

 

Regarding some class updates, coming back in September will be Pound Fit at 5:15pm on Tuesdays, if you haven’t tried this class it is a fantastic cardio workout! Yoglates will not be returning, but NSAC would like to add another Yoga class on Tuesday nights – stay tuned for updates to our class schedule which is posted on facebook, available through myiclubonline.com and available for pickup at the front desk. Reminder: all classes require sign-up.
