Here we are into the 8th month of the year, which seems to be flying by. August is one of the hottest months of the calendar year in Florida, so just a reminder that if you or anyone you know is struggling with the heat, we have 6 fully operational AC systems here at NSAC so they can have a nicely cooled workout during the hot months.
With kids going back to school this month, we offer some amazing promotions every month for those looking to get back into the groove of things with their fitness goals. We are a 24HR gym with classes, 5 separate workout rooms, showers and we have many different membership options to meet anyone's needs - as well as the fact that we accept any insurance plan that covers gym memberships.
This is the time of year we also like to remind everyone that hurricane season is upcoming – we are a 24HR gym that opens 365 days per year, unless we are anticipating any sort of power outages in the area. If a major storm is about to make landfall in our area, we do shut the gym down for the safety of our members, our staff and the facility. Please keep watch on your email as well as facebook/Instagram for any announcements regarding closures due to upcoming weather.
