Once again we’re half a year in the books, amazing how quickly these months fly by. The Florida heat is here and summer is going to be a hot one, as a reminder we have 5 dedicated AC units at the gym that crank out the cool air for all our members to enjoy. If you have some friends and family that can’t tolerate the heat for their workouts this summer, remind them that we do short term memberships for as little as a day all the way up to 3 months or even a year.

Welcome back to all our students that are back on Summer Break, as well as any visitors that come down for the summer. All members are entitled to 1 guest, 1 time per month during business hours, so feel free to introduce your friends and family to our facility if you have not already.

We certainly appreciate everyone’s patience while we had all our equipment reupholstered, we apologize it took 48 hours, we strive to get it done in 24 hours but there was a bit more than our contractor was able to do in one day.

 

Don’t forget we have 2 certified massage therapists as well as 3 certified personal trainers if you feel like you need a little pampering or some training ideas over the summer. Our staff’s availability is limited, so stop by the front desk and we can coordinate a time with you that can fit into their schedule.
