We're nearly done with the first quarter of 2024, time is passing by and there's still an opportunity for you to build the gym into your weekly routine. We offer 24 hour access so anytime you feel like coming, you're able to use the gym. We hope everyone has started off the new year in a healthy, productive and cheerful manner and our staff at New Smyrna Athletic Club strive to make each of your visits pleasant.

Our classes continue to be in extremely high demand and while we want to accommodate as many members as possible we are limited by the space, time slots and instructors available for these classes. We are fortunate to have excellent instructors and cannot over-burden them with multiple repeat classes per day. Members are able to sign up for class 48 hours ahead of time by going to MyiClubOnline.com- if a class is full there is an option to be put on the notification list which will automatically NOTIFY you by EMAIL if there is a spot that has opened up. You are still responsible to enroll in that open space, even if you are on the notification list. All spots are available on a first come first serve basis, including opened spaces on the notification list. Calling and leaving a voicemail to be signed up for class also does not guarantee a place in that class, as our voicemail is checked during business hours and all spaces in those classes will likely have been taken by members signing up online - which is the most efficient and effective way to sign up for classes. Non-members and/or guests have to inquire no sooner than 30 minutes before a class is to start if there are any spaces available. We have also added a special 45 minute Pulse Power class on Thursday mornings which we encourage all members to try. Our most up to date class schedule is available here.

If you have any friends or family who are interested in a gym, we do offer ONE FREE WEEK to any Volusia County resident who has never been a member at the gym, so we encourage you to let them know so we can give them an opportunity to see what NSAC is all about.

Success isn't always about 'greatness', it's about consistency. Consistend, hard work gains success. Greatness will come.
