As we roll into the close of the first quarter of 2025, there’s still plenty of opportunity for you to get into the routine of building time at the gym into your schedule if you have not done so already. NSAC offers 24/7 access, so anytime you feel like coming you will have access. Our hope is that you have started off the new year in a healthy, productive, cheerful manner and our staff at New Smyrna Athletic Club strive to make each of your visits pleasant.
Regarding classes, please check on Facebook, myiClubOnline or our website for the most up to date schedule. These classes are in HIGH demand and it can be frustrating when you are unable to register for a class, but their availability will always be on a first come, first serve basis. All active members of the club - regardless if you have signed up for 1 month or 1 year, will be given an equal opportunity to attend our classes. NSAC offers the MOST FREE classes in the area. Please take the time to thank our instructors for making themselves available and for the hard work they put into teaching the classes. Adding more classes would be ideal, but we do not have the space, the time slots or the manpower to do so. Members are able to sign up for class 48 hours ahead of time by going to MyiClubOnline.com - if a class is full, you will need to check if a spot has opened up, we have DISCONTINUED THE WAITLIST to avoid confusion. If you are not registered for a class, you will NOT be able to attend. All spots are available on a first come first serve basis - regardless of membership types. Calling and leaving a voicemail to be signed up for class also DOES NOT guarantee a place in that class, as our voicemail is checked during business hours and all spaces in those classes will likely have been taken by members signing up online - which is the most efficient and effective way to sign up for classes.
If you have any friends or family who are interested in a gym, we do offer ONE FREE WEEK to any Volusia County resident who has never been a member at the gym, so we encourage you to let them know so we can give them an opportunity to see what NSAC is all about.
Pain is temporary, pride is forever.
